WHAT ARE SUBSCRIPTION TICKETS?

Fans, you’ve been asking how to get the same seats to HSBC Canada Sevens year after year and we are thrilled to announce a subscription ticket option! For an additional $5 FEE PER SEAT, fans will now have the ability to secure their same seats for 2020, and 2021, getting first right of refusal on seats for HSBC Canada Sevens 2021. This option is available on select seats within reserved and premium areas.

By buying a subscription ticket, fans will be able to purchase tournament passes one week ahead of the general public.

Subscription tickets will go on sale on October 22 at 10:00am PT.

Note* Only select seats in reserved and premium sections will be available for subscription ticket purchase. Inventory will remain in reserved and premium areas for public on-sale.

Subscription tickets will be available for purchase during a one week exclusive pre-sale window beginning on October 22, 2019 at 10:00am PT until October 28, 2019 at 11:59pm PT as inventory permits. IMPORTANT NOTE*  This exclusive subscription ticket sales window will replace the traditional Early Bird pre-sale that has occurred in previous years. If you would like to purchase a reserved or premium ticket for the 2020 event, but do not want to renew for multiple years, you can purchase those ticket types during public on-sale on October 29, 2019 at 10:00am PT.

HOW TO PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION TICKET

Step 1: Access our new ticket system through our HSBC Canada Sevens Account Manager platform here: am.ticketmaster.com/rugbycanada/

Step 2: Create a profile on our HSBC Canada Sevens Account Manager platform by signing up or reseting your password. Learn how to do this in the FAQ section below

Step 3: Once you have set up an account, be sure to update your personal information (including your credit card number) to ensure the ticket buying process is smooth on October 22nd

Step 4: Between October 22nd and 28th, 2019, you will be able to purchase your subscription tickets through your newly set up Account Manager profile

Step 5: Purchase your seats for 2020 and reserve your same seats for 2021 by paying an extra $5 fee per seat

Step 6: By paying the non-refundable $5 fee per seat you will receive first-right-of-refusal on your seats for the 2021 event. Stay tuned for early renewal opportunities after the 2020 HSBC Canada Sevens!

- I'm on the Canada Sevens newsletter list. Is there still an Early Bird on-sale?

With the addition of subscription tickets, there will no longer be an Early Bird pre-sale. Early ticket access will now be exclusively reserved for those that are purchasing subscription ticket memberships. If you would like a premium or reserved ticket, but do not want to purchase for multiple years, please purchase on October 29thduring public on-sale.

- Do I need a special code to purchase subscription tickets?

No, a special code is not needed. You can purchase subscription tickets between October 22 and October 28 by logging into your Account Manager profile and selecting “buy tickets.” Learn more about Account Manger here

- Which ticket types within reserved and premium seating will be available for subscription ticket purchase?

Select seats within Reserved, Sideline, 7s Access, Elite 500 and Grosvenor Club will be available for purchase as subscription tickets.

- Are subscription tickets available in general admission?

No, subscription tickets are not offered in the general admission seating sections. If you’d like to purchase a general admission ticket, you can do so during public on sale on October 29th.

- Will all tickets in premium and reserved areas be available for purchase as subscription tickets?

No, only select seats in each section will be available as subscription tickets. The seats available will be clearly indicated on the seating map when you purchase on October 22nd.

- I’d like to renew my tickets for 2022 and 2023. Is this possible?

Subscription tickets are currently only available for 2020 and 2021.

- What is Account Manager ?

Account Manager is a fan-facing ticket management platform that allows fans to buy, sell, and transfer tickets to HSBC Canada Sevens. The Account Manager page will offer fans “How To” guides to ensure fans are supported in getting their tickets ready for game day.

- How do I create a profile in Ticketmaster’s Account Manager?

Previous ticket buyers: If you have purchased a ticket(s) to HSBC Canada Sevens in the last 4 years, an Account Manager profile has already been created for you. To access your profile, please do the following…
1. Visit the HSBC Canada Sevens Account Manager platform here: am.ticketmaster.com/rugbycanada/
2. Click the sign in/sign up button in the top right corner and select the forgot password function in the pop up window
3. Enter the email address you used to purchase your previous years’ tickets and follow the steps to reset your password.

New ticket buyers: If you have never purchased a ticket to HSBC Canada Sevens, you will need to create an account manager profile in order to purchase your 2020 tournament passes. Please follow these steps…

  1. Visit the HSBC Canada Sevens Account Manager platform here: am.ticketmaster.com/rugbycanada/
  2.  Click the sign in/sign up button in the top right corner
  3.  Follow the steps to create a new profile.

- I have an Account Manager profile for another event. Can I use it for HSBC Canada Sevens?

No, all Account Manager profiles are specific to the individual event. You must create a new account manager profile for HSBC Canada Sevens.

- If I just want to buy a reserved ticket for 2020 HSBC Canada Sevens, do I need to create an Account Manager profile?

Yes! Anyone purchasing a two-day pass for the event will need to buy their tickets through the Canada Sevens Account Manager. Part of this process will include reseting your password (for returning fans) or making a new profile (for our new fans – hello!)

- If I want to buy a two-day General Admission ticket to 2020 HSBC Canada Sevens, do I need to create an Account Manager profile?

Yes! Anyone purchasing a two-day pass for the event will need to buy their tickets through the Canada Sevens Account Manager. Part of this process will include reseting your password (for returning fans) or making a new profile (for our new fans – hello!)
